1. in California as an Account Executive between July 3, 2020 and September 1, 2025, or as a Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative between July 3, 2020 and May 1, 2023; or
2. in New York as an Account Executive between July 3, 2018 and September 1, 2025, or as a Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative between July 3, 2018 and May 1, 2023; or
3. outside of California or New York, as an Account Executive between July 3, 2021 and September 1, 2025, or as a Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative between July 3, 2021 and May 1, 2023;

you may be eligible to participate in a Settlement.

A Settlement has been proposed in a class, collective, and representative action pending in Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Nassau titled Hijuelos et al. v Degree, Inc. dba Lattice, Case No. 619179/2025. September 28, 2026 Update: The Court held the Final Approval Hearing on September 22, 2026. The Court granted final approval of the settlement, and you should expect payment in mid-December. If you elected to receive an electronic payment, your payment will be issued on December 9. If you did not elect to receive an electronic payment, you will receive a check in the mail, which will be mailed on December 9. Please allow up to two weeks for your check to arrive.
